A service that works with you to identify your problems around monies, housing, legal and work matters and provides you with information and support to help you.

Advice and information over the phone or via live chat in emergency situations.

Christians Against Poverty (CAP)
Provides free debt help and local community groups across the UK. Our free services, run with local churches, provide practical and emotional support, and show people that there is always hope whether you are Christian or not.

For a useful overview of the various benefits available, who can claim them and how to apply you can visit the Benefits pages on the Gov.uk website.
If you have a social worker or care manager, they may give you advice on benefits that you should be claiming, and may be able to help you to fill in the forms.
A number of local and national organisations can also help with advice on benefits whatever your circumstances
