The information has sections on where you can go for support, for help with equipment, training and digital courses and support with specific issues like digital finance.
Digital Support project can provide a volunteer to help someone one to one with their device and help them to use various technology.

Like a foodbank but for mobile data, the National Databank provides free mobile SIM cards for people who can’t access the internet.
Members of the National Digital Inclusion Network, which is a network of organisations helping people use or access the internet locally, can apply for data packages anytime.
Free refurbished laptops, mobile phones and tablets for people in need through The National Device Bank.
Screen Share is a charity which collects laptops and phones from individuals and businesses, refurbishes them through the power of volunteers and gives them to refugees in the UK for free.
WaveLength supports organisations that help people who are lonely, isolated, and living in poverty by giving free electronic devices, such as tablets, for clients.
Swansea Foodbank Tech Café can help people using the foodbank who have no internet access at home or no communication methods. They may also have access to laptops, tablets and mobile phones.

Neath Port Talbot Council’s Digital Enablement Service visits individuals in their homes to assess whether they could benefit from technology to make day-to-day tasks easier.
This innovative facility is designed to offer essential support and guidance.
Appointments to visit the Digital Solutions Suite and view the assistive technology can be arranged by joining a group demonstration (max 6 places per session).
