Online, over the phone, or face to face therapy in Swansea. Whether there’s a specific challenge you’re facing, or you just aren’t feeling yourself right now, our counsellors work with you in a safe, confidential space.
Our friendly therapists can work with individuals, couples and children aged 7 plus.
Perhaps you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or experiencing distressing thoughts. Or you may be looking to move forward and achieve your goals.
Our diverse team have been carefully chosen, and are registered with either BACP, UKCP or a similar official body. As an autism-friendly organisation, we have received specialised training from Autistic minds.
If you’re not sure what type of counselling would be best for you, that’s OK – we start by working that out together.

City Counselling and Support Services offer a variety of low cost/reduced fee services for those in receipt of means tested benefits. They work with a wide variety of contexts from anxiety, stress and bereavement as well as individuals who identify under the LGBTQI+ umbrella.

Swansea Mind offer short term and long term and open-ended counselling, providing one to one support tailored to your individual needs.
• Weekly sessions cost £15 if you are on benefits.
• If you are working and not on benefits, the cost is £30 with a trainee counsellor or £45 with a fully qualified counsellor per weekly session. Trainee counsellors have a fitness to practice certificate from recognised counselling courses and are fully supervised by more experienced counsellors.
