For adults and carers you can get in touch with the Common Access Point for Health and Social Care (CAP) for Adult Services, or Swansea Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Child and Family Services.

To get in touch out of hours you can get in touch with the Urgent Out-of-Hours Social Worker.

They are your urgent contact for:

• Children and families
• Adults in crisis
• Youth justice
• Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) services
